Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate: $16 - $18 per hour

Schedule (Days and Time): 

Monday – Friday 

8:00AM to 5:00 PM 

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Talking to others to convey information effectively
• Ability to pay attention to details
• Flexible scheduling and must be punctual
• Process and results driven
• Organized, professional and dependable
• Able to develop creative solutions to solve problems 
• Must be able to work on a team and independently 

Track delivery progress of shipments

Notify consignees or customers of freight status and arrange for delivery 

Filing daily shipment documents 

Answering phones and managing emails 

Gathering charges and entering the appropriate accounting fields in the system

Provide support to customers and sales team

Account management
