We are currently recruiting for a Call Center Representative in Santa Maria, CA!

 

Job Duties: Responsible for performing insurance and financial class verification. Process patient inquires via phone, email, and electronic health record tasking. Answer phones, handle high volume inquires, dispatching calls, schedules, cancels appointments, give directions, data entry, promote programs, confirms appointments. Other duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

*Fully vaccinated + boosted

*Valid DL

*Bilingual (fluent in Spanish & English) desirable

*12 months of customer service preferably in a healthcare setting, medical terminology is desirable.

*Must pass a background check.

*Minimum of typing at 35wpm.

*Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

*High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.

 

 

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am-5pm

 

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour DOE.
