Job Description

An experienced Client Specialist is needed in our Tampa branch office who is articulate and professional, high energy, detail oriented, and customer focused.

** BILINGUAL Spanish/English is a MUST **

In this role, you will work directly with clients onsite and at our branch office to determine temporary staffing needs, ensuring that current associates and management have exactly what they need to be successful, efficient, productive, and safe.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete Job Order Description Sheet

  • Document and provide daily client order status to supervisor

  • Communicates to branch staff when job orders are in place and assists in running mental and data base searches to identify potential candidates

  • Contact clients to discuss job opportunities, assess client needs and confirm if the client would prefer a Direct Send or Resume Interview process

  • Coordinate working interviews with clients and candidates and submits resumes for those interviews in a timely manner

  • Provide Client Order Fill confirmation details as necessary

  • Provide Associate Assignments and dispatch instructions to new Associates

  • Complete order arrival and safety calls to clients

  • Complete initial and follow up Client QC Calls

  • Close and grade assignment as necessary

  • Sourcing, posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding and exit interviews

  • Leverage recruiting resources and platforms using sourcing tools such as Boolean searching, sponsoring, and advertising using criteria communicated by hiring manager

  • Coordinate and/or attend job fairs to connect with potential candidates

  • Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations

  • Utilize internal and external systems and applications to record status and candidate profiles.

  • Complete initial and follow-up associate “quality control” calls, and address employee relations issues.
