Entertainment (smaller cables) 1st – 7am to 3:30pm - Start at $14/hour for level one Assembly 2nd – 3:30pm to – Start at $15/hour for level one Assembly Military (larger and heavier cables) 1st shift only 8am-4:30pm Start at $14/hour for level one assembly • Mechanical – must be able to read blueprints and use hand tools (screw drivers, drills, PVC cutters) • Need to be mechanically inclined • Must be able to lift 50 pounds for entire shift, standing entire shift • Will grab “hoses” from the pallet, move 15 (1 at a time) to the table, add the ends, then stack back on the pallet one at a time. 15/hour. Total of 125-130 a day. • Need to bring vaccine card on 1st day to verify they had it. Will be required to always wear a mask if they have not had at least 1 booster shot. • Long pants/shirts and steel toe boots required. They provide safety glasses which are required. • Will start in pending background and are open to some charges outside of violence. MUST have drug test before starting. • Will interview everyone before starting. No detailed resume needed, just throw a summary together and add to Paycor. Just so they have an idea of what the persons job history is. • On 1st day they have an initial 2-hour safety training and orientation. • Positions have been open on and off for a year due to turnover and inability to fill. They are big on employee recognition and making it a safe and enjoyable place to work. • All positions start level 1 but they do promote and do evals for all temp employees so they can make more $, they want career minded people who want long term jobs. • 600 hours temp-perm. • Our associates will be on their Paychex system they will email us a timesheet from their system weekly. Pay cycle is Monday-Sunday. Required to clock in/out 4x daily. 30-minute lunch w/2 15-minute breaks. • Invoices – VERY IMPORTANT. Entertainment invoices go to CN and Military invoices go to FL. See attached so we can set this up correctly to have invoices be sent to the separate states based on department. • Faciity has AC.
