Job Summary:
We have one opening in the city of Carson for a Billing Coordinator. This individual will gather data, calculate charges and fees, and create invoices for billing purposes. Following up with other departments to ensure accurate processing of collections or payments. This is a temp-to-hire position and we are looking for an experienced candidate to start right away!

Responsible for supporting the operation, including, but not limited to the following activities:

Preparing and issuing invoices

Enter invoices into customer invoicing websites

Submit invoices by electronic data interchange

Compile, analyze and record bills

The individual is also expected to keep track of transactions and to follow up on discrepancies between logs and invoices.

Verifies accuracy of billing data, correcting any errors.

Contacts customers to obtain, verify, and update account information when necessary.

Communicates with other departments for accurate information processing.

Gather information and add information using Trinium system.

Review rates for accuracy with the customer and specified job.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Basic understanding of clerical and administrative procedures.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to solve problems as they arise.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Advanced skills using 10key typing.
