Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Develop a deep understanding of our luxury product offerings to effectively guide and educate customers on their features, benefits, and quality.
- Provide personalized and attentive service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions by offering product recommendations and demonstrating an understanding of their preferences.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer inquiries accurately and confidently.
- Handle sales transactions, including processing payments, returns, and exchanges, with precision and attention to detail.
- Keep the showroom environment clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the showroom.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking and replenishing products as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Previous luxury retail experience is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering a superior shopping experience.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
- A professional and polished appearance.
