Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier customer service to manufacturing industry clients.
- Promote and sell company products and services to existing and potential customers.
- Process customer orders accurately using SYSPRO or similar software.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and address inquiries and issues.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet sales targets.
- Communicate product information effectively to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate quotes and track sales progress.
- Familiarity with SYSPRO or other manufacturing software.
Qualifications:
- Customer service and inside sales experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of SYSPRO or similar manufacturing software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and team-oriented.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Pay Rate: $65,000-$70,000
