Note This position may require heavy lifting and mechanical knowledge for loading and unloading baking equipment.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products, including breads, pastries, and desserts
Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent quality and quantity of baked goods
Stock and maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies

Operate and maintain baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters

Ensure proper storage and handling of baked goods to maintain freshness and quality
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines in all aspects of food preparation and handling
Assist with quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards

Experience:

 Previous experience as a baker or in a similar role preferred
Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently produce high-quality baked goods
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
