Technical Services Representative 

Pay Rate: $20-$25 DOE 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 

Job Description: Under the Technical Services Manager's guidance, perform field compliance, sampling, deliveries, and installations for Heritage Systems Inc. This family-owned business promotes employee development and growth, encouraging a broad understanding of operations for future advancement in various departments. The entry level position aims for competency and expertise in the field, fostering internal career growth. 

Job Duties: 

•Responsible for cleaning and calibrating electronic equipment located in the field and at the corporate offices. 

•Collect all compliance samples associated with assigned clients at intervals prescribed by client, HSI Management and compliance requirements. 

•Responsible for maintenance and repair of chemical pumps, hoses, piping, low voltage wiring and other equipment located in the field and at the corporate offices. 

•Maintain adequate supplies are on hand in the field service vehicle and in inventory at the corporate office. 

•Service customer potable water-closed loop and cooling water and wastewater treatment applications. 

•Ensure that pumps and controllers are programmed and communicating properly, and that reliable HSI installations and systems are functioning as intended and designed. 

•Generate field service reports after each site visit and issues to client. 

•Provides routine and pre-emptive maintenance services 

•Conduct sampling at the direction of the Technical Services Manager and COC’s. 

•Responsible for installation and construction of infrastructure, at the direction of the Operations Manager to support company’s products and services. These skills include trenching, power tool use, PVC pipe and conduit installations, control equipment installation and general construction tasks. 

•Logs data into the log sheets/spreadsheet on a weekly basis. 

•Update and maintains client service tracking forms. Add new items, delete non-applicable items and work with HSI compliance reporting team. 

•Check lab results and Data Graphs frequently to catch discrepancies and errors and get an idea for trends and system performance. •Constantly build and maintain client relationships and call and contact frequency. 

•Obtain and Maintain Grade 2 State Potable Water license certifications in both Treatment and Distribution. 

Job Qualifications: 

1.Clean driving record as this role will have a company vehicle and spend 70-90% of their time in the field at our client locations 

2.Basic computer skills: email, typing and data entry into company laptop 

3.Able to lift 50 pounds without issue 

4.Self-starter/ Self-sufficient 

5.Takes direction well and collaborates closely with teammates and coworkers
