- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the success of operational initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential franchise locations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Drive the growth of franchises by identifying and evaluating potential franchisees.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and onboard new franchise partners.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to franchise agreements and regulations.
- Monitor and report on the performance of franchise locations, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Work closely with finance teams to develop budgets and financial forecasts related to operations and sales activities.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and implement cost-control measures as necessary.
- Analyze financial data to make informed decisions that contribute to overall business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in operations management and sales leadership, preferably in a franchise or retail environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay Rate: $90,000 plus
