Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Operations Management:

    • Develop and implement efficient operational processes to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
    • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and company policies.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and enhance overall business performance.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the success of operational initiatives.
  2. Sales Leadership:

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential franchise locations.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  3. Franchise Development:

    • Drive the growth of franchises by identifying and evaluating potential franchisees.
    • Develop and execute strategies to attract and onboard new franchise partners.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence.
    • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to franchise agreements and regulations.
    • Monitor and report on the performance of franchise locations, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  4. Financial Management:

    • Work closely with finance teams to develop budgets and financial forecasts related to operations and sales activities.
    • Monitor financial performance against budgets and implement cost-control measures as necessary.
    • Analyze financial data to make informed decisions that contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in operations management and sales leadership, preferably in a franchise or retail environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving business environment.


Pay Rate: $90,000 plus
