Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract qualified candidates within the manufacturing sector through various channels.

  • Proactively reach out to potential candidates via phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.

  • Engage with industry-specific networks and communities to build a robust talent pipeline.

  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and candidate profiles.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Work closely with manufacturing department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and potential solutions.

  • Collaborate on the development of effective recruitment strategies for specialized roles.

  • Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements tailored to attract manufacturing talent.

  • Post job openings on various online platforms, industry-specific websites, and social media channels.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of different recruitment channels and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and aspirations.

  • Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process, addressing questions and concerns.

  • Foster long-term relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape within the manufacturing sector.

  • Use market insights to develop targeted recruitment strategies and enhance the overall recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and job roles within the sector.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.


Pay Rate: $60,000-$67,000
