We are seeking an experienced customer-oriented and computer-savvy Office Administrator to join our apparel and receiving team in Tampa, FL. You will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and customer service duties for a national leading manufacturer in contract screen printing and embroidery.
Job Title: Office Administrator
Pay Rate: $20/hour with Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:00pm)
Our Office Administrator will:
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the office.
Provide excellent customer service across our customers to handle customer accounts and programs.
Collaborate with our apparel and uniform receiving team to enter accurate data utilizing a warehouse management system (WMS).
Compile detail-oriented and professional emails to our customers.
Assist internal departmental managers as needed.
High school diploma or GED.
At least 5 years of experience in a customer-oriented role.
Proficient in English communication (i.e., written and verbal)
Able to stand, walk, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in phone systems and handling multiple phone lines.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to handle office management tasks efficiently
