  1. Schedule and coordinate office relocations, including planning, logistics, and execution.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular updates on the moving process.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all moving tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
  4. Maintain accurate documentation of move logistics, including contracts, schedules, and inventory lists.
  5. Conduct pre-move assessments to assess client needs and develop tailored relocation plans.
  6. Coordinate with IT and facilities management teams to ensure seamless transfer of equipment and infrastructure.
  7. Monitor move progress and address any issues or concerns that arise during the relocation process.
  8. Provide post-move support and follow-up to address any client feedback or concerns.


  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or office management is preferred.
  2. Previous experience in a coordination or customer service role, preferably in an office or facilities management setting.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  5. Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
  6. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  7. Knowledge of office relocation best practices and relevant regulations is a plus.

$19 per hour
