Seeking an experienced and dynamic sales professional to build and maintain strong long-term relationships with large national clients. We are a nationwide temporary staffing firm that specializes in light industrial positions (manufacturing, logistics, etc.).


This is a remote position with travel requirements up to 45%.

  • Hunt, build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers
  • Investigate customers needs and wants
  • Negotiate and handle contract processes
  • Develop annual account business reviews
  • Establish excellent relationship with key accounts and customers to keep up with customer needs and assist in substantially expanding the business
  • Serve as a contact person for customers and internal teams
  • Develop relationship with Field Teams and support as they pursue opportunities
  • Research and source potential customers
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant brand guidelines and culture
  • Track, measure and evaluate sales metrics and trends
  • Track, measure and evaluate customer satisfaction metrics and trends
  • Suggest innovative ways of increasing customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with National Sales and Support Teams
  • Keep abreast of industry and market trend and best practices

Meet and exceed minimum expectations for GM, Documentation points 

Requirements and qualifications:

  • More than 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive, National preferred
  • Travel (30-45%)
  • BS in Sales, Business Administration or similar relevant field preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of sales analysis and metrics
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and Microsoft products
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
