Immediately Hiring Warehouse Associates – 1 Year experience minimum for Supervisor Olive Branch, MS Quality Assurance (QA) Duties & Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and oversee product inspection for quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables, Author deviation report and investigate product quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatroy requirements, Develop or update procedures for capture, investigation, and documentation of product non-conformance, Provide training and support to quality assurance team members that covers systems, policies, procedures, and core processes, Author Quality related Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), Review change control for creation and revision of SOP, documents and forms, Maintain all Quality related procedures such as SOPs, QC Inspections, Deviations and CAPA Quality Control (QC) Duties & Responsibilities: Ensures that the quantity and labeling and addressing of outbound orders, Temp Monitoring Logs, Sanitation Logs, Monthly Container Tracker, Inbound Inspections being completed in the tablet, and Outbound Inspections being completed in the tablet, Reports shortages, damages and mis-shipments, Checks contents of orders as filled and assembled by Order Selectors, Compare the quanity, quality, labeling and address with customer order to ensure outgoing shipments are complete and correct, Quality inspections warehouse incoming receiving and warehouse receiving inspections, Utilize a computer system to create and view comprehensive records of receipt/inspection , Scan, sort, and place material on racks, shelves and/or bins according to predetermined warehouse location, Read Work Orders and computer system notes for material to be received, moved, inspected, or put away, Quarantine non-conforming materials as required, and report on discrepancies.
