Shift Schedule: 8:00 AM until 6 PM from Monday until Friday

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Job Purpose:

To serve as the intermediary between the Installation teams, CSR/Retail team, and Warehouse team to ensure efficient and accurate processing of allocations, routing, coding, and billing; as well as maintaining our strict customer service, production, and quality standards by increasing transparency throughout all operations and providing actionable data to management to drive accountability.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage the load board daily to maximize production by:
    • Communicating with Purchasing to complete receiving
    • Communicating with Customer Service on backorders and credit holds
    • Communicating capacity needs/requirements to Customer 
    • Distributing final manifest by 2pm each day
  • Import and Utilize DispatchTrack to route deliveries
  • Manage pick ticket and manifest paperwork - coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure product is pulled for the appropriate day
  • Monitor installer routes throughout the day by:
    • Communicating issues to the CSR/Retail teams.
    • Approving installer stop completion based on live feedback and photographic evidence
    • Properly coding pick tickets 
  • Compile issues lists from billing and share with Company Management 
  • Bill pick tickets in P21 as coding is completed – Reach out for any information needed to complete coding/billing
  • Compile daily comeback lists and provide it to Company Management. 
  • Assist Purchasing with daily receiving (as needed)
  • Provide a high level of service to our customers by trouble shooting issues and proactively communicating with the appropriate parties to prevent them from occurring in the field
  • Other special projects and responsibilities as assigned by Management


  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a related field is preferred
  • Strong oral (speaking, listening, interpretation) and written communication skills
  • Passion for customer service
  • Ability to understand and utilize metrics to manage resources
  • Demonstrated history of delivering results in cross functional environments 
  • Organized, disciplined and accountable for results
  • Self-motivated, with ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office specifically Microsoft Excel and Outlook Software
