We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.


  • Handle outbound contacts to current customers in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
  • Follow all required scripts, policies, and procedures.
  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues.
  • Escalate customer issues to the appropriate staff for resolution as needed.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in appropriate systems.
  • Comply with requirements surrounding confidential information and personal information.
  • Adhere to all attendance and work schedule requirements.

One year CSR experience with order processing, 10-key by touch, email experience (create, reply), strong Excel skills. Must be able to multitask and have strong communication skills.

SCHEDULED 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM / Must be able to work overtime.
