We're hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Claims Administrator in Jersey City, NJ to join our logistics team. As a Claims Administrator, you will be responsible for managing high-volume claims in a timely resolution while maintaining excellent customer relationships. 

Pay: $28/hour

Schedule (Days and Time): Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)

Our Claims Administrator will:

  • Oversee the entire claims process from initiation to resolution, including investigation, documentation, and settlement of claims.
  • Provide exceptional support to clients by addressing their concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately maintain and manage all claims-related documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Work closely with various departments such as operations, finance, and customer service to facilitate seamless claims processing.
  • Generate and analyze claims reports to identify trends, potential risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline the claims process and enhance operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in claims administration, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations and industry regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and claims management software.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing claims documentation and processing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
