Key Responsibilities:


  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS). Perform regular inventory counts and audits to ensure data accuracy.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and update inventory data in the system. Track inventory levels, reorder points, and product locations.
  • Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality. Report and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Stock Replenishment: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to replenish inventory as needed. Ensure optimal inventory levels to meet operational demands.
  • Order Fulfillment: Assist with picking, packing, and shipping orders. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. Provide regular updates to management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff, including receiving and shipping teams, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures. Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and safe.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams in both English and Mandarin.


Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse inventory management or a related field.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve inventory issues efficiently.
  • Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.


Pay Rate: $24-$30 hourly
