**Essential Duties:**

- Conduct outbound contacts to current customers with courtesy, timeliness, and professionalism.

- Adhere to all prescribed scripts, policies, and procedures.

- Listen attentively to customers, comprehend their needs, and effectively resolve their issues.

- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate staff for resolution when necessary.

- Accurately document all customer interactions in designated systems.

- Maintain strict compliance with confidentiality and personal information handling requirements.

- Abide by all attendance and work schedule obligations.


- Must be 18 years of age or older.

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in typing with a minimum speed of 20 words per minute.

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

- Fundamental understanding of the Windows operating system.

- Dependable with consistent attendance and punctuality.

- Ability to assess, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues.

- Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.

- Customer service-oriented mindset (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious).

- Capable of multitasking, maintaining focus, and self-management.

- Strong team player with a customer-centric approach.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes and ambiguity.

- Excellent interpersonal skills for fostering relationships with team members and customers.
