**Job Title: Logistics Clerk Coordinator**

**Job Description:**

As a Logistics Clerk Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the flow of goods and information within the supply chain network. Your primary responsibility is to ensure efficient coordination of transportation, inventory management, and communication with internal teams and external partners. Attention to detail, proficiency in software tools, and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Data Management:** Utilize Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting related to inventory management, transportation schedules, and other logistics activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to support decision-making processes.

2. **Software Proficiency:** Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel for data manipulation and analysis, and email for communication with internal and external stakeholders.

3. **Communication:** Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and other team members to provide instructions, coordinate schedules, and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the transportation process.

4. **Inventory Validation:** Verify inventory accuracy through regular audits and reconciliation processes. Identify and investigate discrepancies, and take corrective actions as needed to maintain inventory integrity.

5. **Organizational Skills:** Maintain a high level of organization in coordinating transportation schedules, managing inventory levels, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and customer requirements.

6. **Direction Giving:** Provide clear and concise directions to drivers regarding pickup and delivery locations, routing preferences, and any special instructions or requirements.

7. **Software Familiarity:** While familiarity with PLEX software is a plus, it is not mandatory. However, willingness to learn and adapt to new software tools and systems is essential to support evolving business needs.


- Proficiency in navigating Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.

- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, including email communication.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, external partners, and drivers.

- Ability to give clear directions to drivers and coordinate transportation activities.

- Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
