Shift Schedule: 8:00 AM until 5 PM from Monday until Friday

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Job Description for Administrative Clerk: 

Responsible for administrative duties as it relates to the company including but not limited to filing, typing, answering calls, and supporting visitors.

Job Duties for Administrative Clerk: 

  • Administrative assistant basic office experience required.
  • Greeting people that walk in
  • Answering multiple line telephone system
  • Data entry and reporting
  • Entry level payroll and HR office experience

Job Requirements for Administrative Clerk:

  • Must have previous administrative experience.
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite
