As a key member of our seafood processing team, your primary role involves portioning, cutting, slicing, and packaging products to specified sizes and weights as per work order details and customer preferences. You will also be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing tools, adhering to safety protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and maintaining high-quality standards to ensure smooth production flow.

$18 to start and can be reviewed depending on experience.

2nd shift- 330pm to finish. working an average of 10 to 12 hours per shift.

weekends are required. Overtime is required.


- Review daily work schedule, perform safety checks on equipment, gather necessary supplies, and prepare for operations.

- Secure all equipment and complete required paperwork at the end of each shift.

- Verify the cutting list, retrieve stock from coolers, open cases, and dispose of trash appropriately.

- Use proper cutting techniques to manually cut various portions of raw meat and seafood (including Beef, Pork, Lamb, and Seafood) with knives.

- Regularly clean and sanitize knives and tools, ensuring compliance with USDA regulations and standards.

- Cut meat and seafood portions using band saws or slicers, verify weights, and place the portions in appropriate containers.

- Remove totes and tubs of scrap materials and place them in designated pick-up areas.

- Assist Packers and Sanitizers as needed.

- Perform general housekeeping duties, clean the packaging area and equipment, and maintain safety and quality standards.

- Carry out other related tasks as assigned to support the overall operations of the company.
